We have just launched the website for the Clear Waters Oral History project! This exciting new project is run by the Freshwater Biological Association (FBA) and is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Local people will be interviewed about their memories of the water bodies in the Lake District and the changes that have taken place since WWII. We are looking for volunteers to participate in the project and would also love to hear from anyone who has memories they would like to contribute.
If you are interested in being involved in the project, please contact Faith Hillier, Project Officer: Clear Waters - an oral history of people's understanding of fresh water.
