The next free talk being held as part of the Clear Waters Oral History Project is 'An Overview of the Fish of Windermere' by Dr Roger Sweeting.
A variety of fish live in the waters of Windermere, including species such as arctic charr, pike, perch, trout and eels. The talk will give an overview of these species and outline the changes that have occurred within Windermere in comparison to elsewhere in the UK.
This talk will be held on Tuesday 3rd September, 6.30-7.30pm at the Freshwater Biological Association (FBA), Ferry Landing, Far Sawrey, Ambleside, Cumbria LA22 0LP.
